BOTTLEMANIA
Zillions of little bottles. Renegades from a pharmaceutical company, leftover unfilled from runs of exotic we-know-not-what. We have divided them into three basic shapes: A, Narrow Mouth, h (Narr Mo) have a 10mm dia. x 4mm long neck on top of a squarish shoulder, a 13mm dia. 3mm rim and a 7mm dia. opening; B, Wide Mouth, (Wide Mo) have a 16mm dia. x 4mm long neck on top of a squarish shoulder, a 19mm dia. x 3mm rim and a 12 or 13mm dia opening; C, Sloped Shoulder, (Sl Sh) have roughly 5-6mm long neck that tapers from the soft shoulder to 15mm dia, with a 19mm dia x 3mm rim and a 12-13mm dia. opening. Height refers to height overall, and dia. to the body dia. in the table below. Great items for the doll house (for kids old enough not to swallow them), to hold tiny wild flowers, for decorative art work, individual cruets, or just to hold and marvel at. All quite sturdy glass. In the real world, you would pay from $75 (smallest) to $225 (biggest) for 288 of these, which is the smallest quantity you could get!! Narrow mouth bottles take a #00 cork. Soil Test Kits
The budding home scientist and horticulturist will both delight in the ease with which this self contained soil test kit brings discovery. The kit measures not only ph., but also Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potash content and contains material for 40 tests. Since these are the essential ingredients affecting plant nutrition, we see a science project in the making: experimental plant growth in soils with different amounts of acidity and/or nutrients. Lab Stand
Affordable, adaptable lab equipment for serious scientists with laughable budgets. The basic stand is heavy black metal 8" long x 5" wide x 1" high with a 19-1/2" x 3/8" dia support rod screwed into it. Position a beaker or bunsen burner on the stand and build the configuration you need above it. Both of the Burette clamps and the ring attach to the rod with thumbscrew clamps. The Burette clamps have wing nuts so they can be adjusted to any angle. The single clamp extends 4" from the rod, with rounded, uncoated, adjustable metal jaws with spring tension and a wing nut. The double clamp like it has rubber-coated jaws. The 3" metal support ring holds the 6" x 6" heavy-gauge steel-mesh burner screen with crimped edges. Nice, solid equipment at a rare price.

Anti-Zap Bag
An anti-static bag for small, dull electronic components who aren't interested in getting a charge out of life. The zip-sealed silver-gray plastic bag is 4" x 5-5/8" overall, with a bottom gusset and a 3-1/4" x about 3-3/4" usable area. It looks opaque but is translucent when held to the light.

Battery Holders
We have a number of battery holders, constantly changing in detail. They may be plastic, they may be metal. They all have either simple short wire leads or connection points. Funnel? Piece of Cake
Two sizes of Bomex separatory funnels with ground glass stoppers and petcocks. The 100ml funnel is 9-1/2" long overall. The 500ml is 14-1/2" overall. An excellent price for basic lab glassware.

Me, Me, Me, Me, Mee
You can start with our single aluminum tuning fork, 2-tined and 7-1/2" long. It vibrates at 256 hz, and is labeled "C". Or you can order the set that has (8) forks and a mallet with a rubber-tipped plastic head. The forks are labeled low-C to high-C and come in a fitted, latched wooden box. Unfortunately, C.J., who has perfect pitch, tells us that his pitch is more perfect than most of the tuning forks. He also says you can file the tips, tuning them to an electronic keyboard until they're perfect - and we think there's a certain cachet to telling people you tuned the forks yourself. But they are perfect, if you're using them for things like teaching principles of sound or driving the chihuahua crazy.

Clay Carvers
Even the talented need tools. Our metal sculpting blades for clay, greenware or plaster range from 7-1/2" to 10-7/8" in length. They are straight, curved, smooth, serrated, blunt, pointed, hooked or any combination thereof, with a tool at each end and a light coating of oil to protect them from rust. We'll choose (3) different styles out of at least a dozen, so you'll get (6) different tips, all much heavier than the dental picks we sometimes recommend for clay carving. The price, since they would normally sell for $2.25 each, would tempt even a starving artist.
