Itty Bitty Ziplocks
Ziplock(tm) type plastic bag of the size gnomes use to store leftovers. 1" sq, 2" sq, 2" x 3" or 3" x 4" (our each is a bag of 100), clear polyethylene (the 2" x 3" 27906 has a white strip across one side, 36562 does not.). Clay Carvers
Even the talented need tools. Our metal sculpting blades for clay, greenware or plaster range from 7-1/2" to 10-7/8" in length. They are straight, curved, smooth, serrated, blunt, pointed, hooked or any combination thereof, with a tool at each end and a light coating of oil to protect them from rust. We'll choose (3) different styles out of at least a dozen, so you'll get (6) different tips, all much heavier than the dental picks we sometimes recommend for clay carving. The price, since they would normally sell for $2.25 each, would tempt even a starving artist.

Chinese Rifflers
Riffler files are most prized by sculptors, wood carvers, model makers and similar fashioners of precision objects. They come in a variety of flat, round and triangular shapes. They are usually pointed and always have a delicate curve toward the point which makes them particularly useful for working in tight and curvy spots. We have a set of (10) in an attractive red plastic case. They are 3 x 180 mm size (about 7"), and were made in China for the King Manufacturing Co. Very nice quality at a very nice price. They can cost as much as $4.00-$5.00 apiece in regular outlets.

A set of (5) needle files, 5-1/2" long, which are coated with industrial diamonds. Perfect for sharpening tools, or doing filing on hard metals etc. when you are sculpting or welding. The shapes are the usual assortment of flat, round and in between shapes.

Artist's Brushes
Maybe a little eclectic for an artist with a single style, but perfect for one who's still searching for himself. Or for any hobbyist. There are no (2) brushes exactly alike in this set of (15). They all have natural bristles, color-coded wooden handles and metal ferrules, but they range from fairly fine to 1/2" wide, and 7" to 10" long. There are at least (3) different kinds of bristles, and they are round, blunt and pointed. A nice variety, and a very nice quality for this price.

And the bits are the ones you want -- 1/8", 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" dia straight bits; a 1/4" dia panel pilot bit; a 3/8" dia 90° V-groove bit; 1/2" dia mortising, dovetail, flush trim and 45° chamfer bits; an R1/8" cove box bit, R3/8" round over bit, R1/2" cove bit, and R5/32" Roman ogee bit; and, contradicting the list tucked in the cover of the box, a 1-1/4" dia rabbeting bit.
