Plainsers
Here on the prairie we resent the calling of those things one puts under a glass "coasters". Why should the ocean fronts always get the credit?? So we are offering these roughly 3-1/2" sq. plastic devices under the inland name of "plainsers" You will get (8) all the same color of our choice, be it orange, brown, gold, black, silver or clear. We say square, but the sides are slightly convex out. Kind of like our midriff. An excellent value under any name.

We have almost half a hundred rolls of 18-1/2" wide mylar film, the shiny side printed with a variety of balloon designs - happy birthday, happy retirement, happy other things - and a matte silver finish on the other (picture the two sides of aluminum foil). We'll send you a roll of 20 ft. Lots of craft-project potential. Start with a shiny birthday kite. Move onto hand-made hair scrunchies. Sacre Bleu! This wonderful glass container from Canada has (5) different salad dressing recipes printed tastefully on it - in French. Figure out the ingredients, fill to the oil and vinegar levels indicated, and mix right in the bottle. It's 7" x 2-7/16" dia, has a slight pouring lip, and holds up to 10 oz. It will take a #9 rubber stopper or #22 cork - or seal the 1-1/2" ID mouth with your palm as you shake it. Very earthy. Very chic.

Brass Mass Set
This (10) piece set of weights are brass cylinders topped with knobs. The weights are stamped on the top. There are (2) each of 1, 2, 5 and 10 grams, plus (1) 20 and (1) 50 gram weight. If you don't want to display them, they can be stored in their molded plastic holder. Our each is the full set.

The Garden Hardy® from APPCO should probably be called the Houseplant Hardy. Insert the 4" dia x 5/8" thick disc of nutrients between the saucer and pot of a potted plant, and for up to six months it nourishes the plant by releasing the correct mix of fertilizer as you water it. In addition, the wicking action promotes deeper rooting and prevents root rot. Note: Since dogs and kids rarely get root rot, you don't want to let them ingest this stuff.

It's gasketed so it's watertight. We recommend cleaning the inside with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol before using, since some have a bit of rust-colored residue in them. Flashy!
