A Better Respirator
When the dust and fumes are too much to trust to a paper mask, try this 3M® Multi-Gas/Dust Respirator. Not OSHA strength, but plenty good for most shop work, including wood dust, bleach, ammonia, paint, muriatic acid, pesticides and solvent-based cleaners. Comes with filter cartridges (replacement #3M 60926) and measures 4-1/2" long x 4-3/4" wide plus the side-mounted filters. Has an adjustable elastic head strap and very complete instructions. Over $19 at most home-improvement centers.

And save someone's neck. This deeply textured safety tread is diamond-plate-pattern black rubber, 17" x 3-7/8" x 1/4" thick, with a peel-off self-adhesive back. It can be cut, but won't easily crack or tear. A great way to add traction to truck bumpers, RV steps, ladder steps, etc.

Screaming Yellow Banners
Each has black lettering stenciled on bright yellow plastic tape, with the message repeated over and over. They are 3" wide by 200 ft or 1000 ft long. All are the real thing, made for sale to police and other serious users. Some have an obvious industrial application, some will work in the school playground, some seem appropriate to cordon off the kids’ rooms.

Who Was That Masked Man?
I don't know, but wasn't his throat dust-free? Yours could be too, if you had the sense to wear a dust mask. Our each is a box of (50) high-filtration, low-breath-resistance (so you breathe easy, is what that means), fluid-resistant surgical masks with a single elastic strap. Fiberglass-free, too. They're made for medical uses, but we wouldn't sand furniture or spray paint without one.

Breathable Tape
It's porous, with a cross-hatch pattern that makes it a cinch to tear easily and perfectly straight. Originally for medical uses, we think it's just nice clear tape for a lot of applications. Measures 3" wide x .005" thick, on a 10-yard reel.
